Terms of Use

1. Who we are

The MockYatra service provides fixed-slot competitive-exam mock tests (computer-based test style). Questions are original practice mocks aligned to exam patterns — not official board or recruitment exam papers.

Account

• You must use a valid Indian mobile number you control.
• You are responsible for OTP secrecy and activity under your account.
• You confirm you are at least 18, or using the service with a parent / guardian’s permission where required by law.

The service

• Live mocks run on fixed start times with a server clock. Server time is final.
• Slot capacity is limited. Booking does not guarantee a government job, selection, or score improvement.
• We may change schedules, capacity, features, or fees with reasonable notice where practical.
• Anti-cheat and session rules (including rejoin grace) apply as shown in-product. Abuse, answer sharing of Live papers, or payment fraud may lead to suspension without Completion Reward.

Payments

• Paid Live seats are booked with a FocusFee (typically ₹100) via UPI or other methods offered by our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay).
• We keep an internal transaction ledger of payments and awards for your account. There is no in-app wallet balance, top-up, or stored-value wallet product.
• Failed or abandoned checkouts do not create a confirmed seat.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to hack, overload, scrape, resell seats, or reverse engineer Live papers for redistribution. Content remains our (or our licensors’) intellectual property.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis for education / practice. We are not affiliated with RRB, IBPS, SSC, or other exam bodies unless we explicitly say so. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, device/network failure on your side, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

Changes

We may update this page. The effective date above will change. Material money-rule changes will be called out in-product where practical.

2. FocusFee & Completion Reward

Completion Reward is not a “refund.” It is an award only when both are true: (1) you paid FocusFee for that test, and (2) you fully completed and submitted it. A free test that you complete does not earn any reward. Chargebacks or disputes that describe the award as a guaranteed refund may be contested.

Eligibility (both required)

• Paid: You paid the FocusFee for that Live booking (e.g. ₹100 via UPI / checkout). Free seats, promotional free tests, Week Pass free Live, practice papers, and any other zero-fee attempt are not eligible — even if you complete them.
• Completed: You fully finish and submit that paid attempt before the server deadline, per in-product rules (including rejoin grace).

If either condition fails, no Completion Reward is due. Completing a free test never creates an award.

FocusFee

• When you book a paid Live slot, you pay the FocusFee (e.g. ₹100) through UPI / checkout.
• The fee is consideration for the mock seat and platform service.

Completion Reward (award)

• Only eligible paid + completed attempts may earn a Completion Reward (e.g. ₹80).
• Net cost for a completed eligible attempt is typically ₹20 (₹100 fee − ₹80 award), subject to the amounts shown at booking.
• The award is paid directly to your UPI / bank account used for payout (via our payment partner), not held as an in-app wallet balance.
• Payment and award events are recorded in your transaction ledger (history only).

When you do not get the award

• The test was free (no FocusFee paid) — completion alone does not qualify.
• You abandon, disconnect beyond rejoin grace, or miss the deadline.
• You do not submit a full finish as required by the product rules.
• Fraud, multi-accounting, or rule violations.

Timing & failures

• Awards are usually initiated after eligible submit; bank/UPI posting times depend on the payment partner and your bank.
• If an award fails for technical reasons, contact support with booking ID — we will reconcile against the ledger and payment partner records.
