Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kazeyami Innovations Private Limited handles personal data on MockYatra. Effective 24 August 2026. Product draft for soft launch — have a lawyer review before wide public paid traffic.

1. Data we collect

  • Account: mobile number, name, exam preferences, language.
  • Usage: bookings, attempts, answers, scores, device/app diagnostics, approximate network info needed to run CBT.
  • Payments: payment status and references from our payment partner (we do not store full UPI PINs or full card data).
  • Support: messages you send us (WhatsApp / email).

Why we use it

  • Create and secure your account (OTP).
  • Run slots, scoring, ledger history, and Completion Reward payouts.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Improve product quality and customer support.
  • Meet legal and payment-partner requirements (including KYB).

Sharing

We share data only as needed with:

  • Payment / payout partners (e.g. Razorpay)
  • SMS / OTP providers (e.g. MSG91) for authentication
  • Hosting, analytics, and infrastructure vendors under contract
  • Authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep account, exam, and transaction records as long as needed to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet legal/accounting duties. You may request account deletion; some payment and fraud records may be retained where required.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls). No method is 100% secure — protect your phone and OTP.

Your choices

  • Update name / exam lines in profile where available.
  • Contact us to correct data or request deletion (subject to legal holds).
